Capakido Terms Of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dare Lab ("we", "us"), the maker of Capakido. By creating an account or using Capakido, you agree to these terms. Questions: capakido@gmail.com
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Capakido account. Children may take part in family activities with a parent or caregiver, but they may not create or operate an account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for the information you add, including information about your children and other family members you invite. Only add information you have the right to share.
3. What Capakido provides
Capakido offers family organization tools and life-skills content for children, plus CapaCoach, an AI assistant for parents. Some features are free. Other features may require a paid subscription, which will be clearly marked before you buy.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed by them. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the store's refund policy.
5. CapaCoach and content
CapaCoach replies are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are general guidance for parents, not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Activities and lessons are suggestions. You decide what is safe and suitable for your child, and children should be supervised as appropriate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Capakido. For example, do not: break the law; harm or exploit children; upload harmful or unlawful content; try to access other families' data; or interfere with the service or its security.
7. Our content
The Capakido app, curriculum, and design belong to Dare Lab and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your family while you have an account. You keep ownership of the information you add.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see our data deletion instructions). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Capakido is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use Capakido after a change means you accept the new terms.
