How To Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete your Capakido account and all the data linked to it at any time, including data from signing in with Facebook, Google, or Apple.
Option 1: In The App
Open Capakido, go to Account, and choose Delete account. Confirm when asked.
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to capakido@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Capakido account", from the email address you use for Capakido (or tell us which sign-in method you use). We may ask you to confirm the request so we only delete the right account.
What We Delete
- Your account and sign-in identity, including the Facebook, Google, or Apple account link.
- Your family records: child profiles, plans, events, routines, progress, and CapaCoach conversations.
- Invitations you sent.
If other adults share your family, deleting your account removes you. The family's shared records are deleted when the last adult in that family deletes their account.
Timing
We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Limited records may be kept only where the law requires it. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.
Removing The Facebook Connection
You can also remove Capakido from your Facebook account: Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Capakido > Remove. This stops sharing but does not delete the data already in Capakido, so please also use Option 1 or 2.
